DEEP SEADS
"Deep Seads" Series explores the physical limits of both art and artist in hopes of raising awareness for the fight to save Earth's coral reefs. Hula begins by creating artificial reefs, which help jump start marine growth, and transforms the concrete and metal structures into murals by free diving to the ocean floor.
The physical and mental challenge proves successful as the figures are completed in the depths and can be left to one day turn into thriving reef sites filled with homes for thousands of different organisms. All materials used including the pigment sticks are eco-friendly and safe for marine ecosystems.

ORIGINS
The inaugural series of a unique collaboration between twin brothers Kapu and Hula, combining their individual crafts of photography and street art to create one-of-a-kind murals and gallery pieces.
Kapu starts the process with his dramatic photographs which are then delicately layered with paint by Hula. The duo draws their main inspirations from exploring diverse environments in nature while also bringing in their influence from their time growing up together on Oahu, Hawaii.
LAVAZZA x AMI VITALE
Mural series painted in Rhone Glacier, Switzerland where they use large white blankets to cover parts of the glacier in order to reflect sunlight. This combats the devastating effects of Climate Change by slowing down seasonal melting rates.
